摘要
目的探讨电击和爆炸伤致胸壁巨大缺损的重建修复及疗效。方法分析2例爆炸和1例电击致胸壁巨大缺损重建修复治疗的临床资料,2例用自体组织进行了重建,1例用钛网进行了重建。结果无手术死亡及严重并发症,恢复了胸壁稳定性。结论对伤口污染较重患者的一期胸壁重建,应尽可能采用自体组织作为修复材料;而对伤口污染较轻者,也可选择人造材料进行修复。
Objective To investigate reconstruction and repair of giant chest wall defect after 1 case high-voltage electric injury and 2 cases explosive trauma. Methods Clinical data of 3 patients undergoing reconstruction and repair of thoracic injury were retrospectively analyzed. The materials to repair the bony chest-wall included 2 cases autografts and 1 Ti(titanium) net. Result No operation death and serious complication. The stability of chest wall was covered. Conclusion The area of bony chest wall defects may be repaired,defects of serious contamination can use autograft for repairing,using artifical materials to support in relatively clean area.
