摘要
从12份滇池上层底泥样品中分离异养菌,研究滇池底泥上层土样异养菌的数量和分类。结果发现细菌数量在1.39×101-1.8×106个/克土样之间,其数量的多少与水体污染程度有一定的相关性;共分离到9个属的细菌,芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、邻单胞菌属(Ple-siomonas)、棒状杆菌属(Corynebacterium)、乳酸杆菌属(Lactobacillus)为主要的优势菌属。
This paper aims at researching the beterotroph germs' quantities and distributions in the 12 upper lever silt samples taking from the bottom of the Dian Chi Lake which is gained by making use of excavating and drilling , with the help of culture medium . The result shows that the germs' quantity is from 1.39 × 10^1 to 1.8 × 10^6 per gram of the samples, and there are fixed interrelations between the quantity and the degree of the water pollution. 9 genera of germs had been separated and Bacillus Plesiomonas, Corynebacterium,were the main superior genera.
