首次住院精神病患者心理需求调查

Analysis on mental needs of the first-hospitalized psychotic patients

目的探讨首次住院精神病患者的心理需求。方法对120例首次住院的精神病患者采用自行设计的心理需求调查问卷进行心理需求调查分析。结果首次住院精神病患者有着强烈的心理需求愿望,不同文化程度及住院时间的患者心理需求均不相同,通过相关分析,患者对疾病知识的需求与自身文化程度呈显著性正相关(P<0.01),支持与关爱的需求与平均住院时间呈显著性正相关(P<0.01)。结论针对患者不同的心理需求制定合理有效的护理计划,实施正确有效的心理护理,可提高护理工作的内在质量和效率,增强患者对治疗护理的依从性,促进患者早日康复,回归社会。

Objective To inquiry into the mental needs of the first-hospitalized psychotic patients. Methods The self-designed inquisition questionnaire was used to analyzed the mental demands in 120 first inpatients with mental illness. Results The first-hospitalized psychotic patients had intense desire for mental needs. The patients with different cultural degree and the hospitalizing time had different mental demands. By correlation analysis, the patients＂ needs for the knowledge of the disease were positive correlation with their culture degree（P〈0.01）, their needs for support and love were positive correlation with the average hospitalizing time （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Establishing reasonable nursing plan and practicing correct mental nurse aimed at the different mental needs of the patients can raise the internal quality and efficacy and enhance the patients＇ compliance to therapy and nurse and promote them for early recovery.
