摘要
研究成功一种用于口腔种植体的Si-Mg-Ca-P(F)系含氟生物活性玻璃涂层材料。测定了涂层与钛合金(Ti-6AL-4V)底材的剪切强度为19.37~24.97MPa。涂层耐生理盐水浸蚀。显微结构分析证明,植入动物骨中的涂层材料与骨组织能产生化学结合。生物活性玻璃涂层-钛芯人工牙根种植体早期临床植入为49例。
Si-Mg-Ca-P(F)system bioactive glass coating material on Ti alloy dental implants has been studied successfully.The properties of coatings are measured.The shear strengthes between bioglass coatings and titanium alloy (Ti-6AL-4V) are l9.37-24.97 MPa.The coating material can resist the erosion of physiological saline,Si-Mg-Ca-P(F) system (BAG)and it coating were implanted into rabbit femora and dog mandible.Interface between implants and bone has been studied by scanning electron microprobe.The experimental results show that Si-Mg-Ca-P(F) system glass and it coatings are bioactive materials and they bond to bone in the form of bone chemical bond.
