摘要
继续教育创新体系,是通过培养从事国家创新研究、开发及相关活动的人,以及直接研究生产创新产品,使继续教育成为国家创新体系的培养基。知识经济的兴起、教育地位功能的变化,为继续教育创新提供了条件和动因。构建继续教育创新体系,需要从观念创新、结构创新与管理创新入手,在制度创新和机制创新上不懈的努力。
Continuing Education Innovation System makes continuing education a culture medium of national innovation system by culturing researchers of national innovation, development and related behaviors, performing research and producing innovative products. Rising of intellectual economy and changing of educational function provide reason and condition for continuing education innovation. Building a Continuing Education Innovation system requires endless efforts on system and mechanism innovation by starting from concept, structure and management innovation.
