摘要
通过无污染低温碱性熔炼法对低品位立德粉浸出渣进行回收。分别讨论了碱矿比、熔炼时间、渣/还原剂之比、熔炼温度等因素对粗铅回收率的影响。综合各项因素,最佳工艺定为:碱/(渣+还原剂)为0.80、渣/还原剂为0.50,采用碱性熔炼工艺800℃处理1 h,即可获得98%以上的粗铅回收率,而且产品铅的纯度很高,可达99.75%,同时聚集了大部分有价元素例如铋。
The leaching residue of low-grade lithopone is treated with pollution-free normal temperature alkaline smelting. The alkaline-ore ratio, smelting time, residue-reductant ratio, smelting temperature and other factors that have influences on the recovery of lead are discussed. The optimum technological conditions are: alkaline/ (residue + reductant) is 0.8; residue/reductant is 0.5 ; alkaline smelting is carried out at 800℃ for one hour. The recovery of lead reached more than 98%, the purity of lead in bullion is up to 99.75% and gathered most valuable elements such as bismuth.
