摘要
通过入炉取样分析研究,再次证实了昆钢6号高炉炉墙砖衬受到了K、Na、Zn、Pb等有害元素的综合侵蚀,其中Zn的危害尤其突出,而且高炉锌负荷却一直居高不下,并提出昆钢今后应当进一步降低Zn的入炉量,以减轻对高炉长寿和正常生产的危害。
It is proved the brick lining of blast furnace was suffered from corrosion of K, Na, Zn and Pb. Zinc is most harmful to the furnace. In order to guarantee the normal production of blast furnace and prolong the service time of furnace. As the zinc load of blast furnace is still keeping in a high level, it is necessary to pay more attention on decrease zinc content in charge.
