部队基层医疗机构统计系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Statistics System in Military Medical Institution

目的:针对军队落实医改方案和卫生统计工作的需求,为部队进行分类保障、合理医疗、分配医疗经费提供相关信息和辅助决策依据。方法:收集和分析基础资料、业务需求及用户特点,基于W indows平台,应用O fficeXP、VB、Access、Excel等技术开发而成。结果:系统设计了6个功能模块:基本情况维护、人员就诊基本信息、院外大病情况、卫生事业费开支情况、统计报表生成、基础数据导入导出和查询。结论:经在某军区医改扩试中一年多应用,该系统成为基层医疗机构卫生统计的实用工具,有助于提高信息标准化建设的质量与水平。

Objective： Provide assistant decision information of classifies support, rational medical treatment, and allocation of medical outlay. Methods： Exploit software with officeXP, VB, Access, Excel to collect and analyze the basic data, the demand of operation and the character of user. Results ： The system included six function mod- ules such as basic information module, patient information module, serious illness information outside the hospital module, expenditure informant module, report forms creating module, input and output of data module, and inquire module. Conclusion： With the application of the system for more than one year, it has been proved that the system was very useful to improve quality and lever of informatization construction.
