摘要 华北地区某2×350MW级天然气燃机联合循环发电工程初步设计阶段机组型号发生了调整,冷却水量有较大增加,已完成可研阶段审批程序的加高型2×2500m2逆流式自然通风冷却塔不能满足新机组对冷却水温的要求,经过计算需要采用加高型2×3000m2逆流自然塔。受到扩建场地限制,冷却塔和其它建(构)筑物的距离不满足国家现行规范的规定。通过论证采用10格18×20mΦ9140mm风机的逆流式机力通风冷却塔代替2×3000m2逆流自然塔是可行的、合理的。 The unit model of a 2 ×350MW natural gas-gas turbine combined cycle power plant in North China has changed, resulting in increased cooling water demand. The 2 ×2500m^2 reverse - flow natural draft cooling towers, whose feasibility study have passed the examination, cannot meet the requirement of the new units for the cooling water temperature. The calculation shows that the heightened 2× 3000m^2 reverse - flow natural draft cooling towers should be adopted. Limited by the extension space, the spacing between the cooling towers and other structures cannot satisfy the specifications. The demonstration shows that it is feasible and reasonable to adopt the reverse-flow mechanical draft cooling towers with ten 18 ×20m Ф140mm fans in place of the heightened 2 ×3000m^2 reverse-flow natural draft cooling towers.
