摘要 采用常规陶瓷制备方法制备了单组分锆钛酸铅(PZT)和梯度PZT铁电陶瓷材料.对两者的介电特性进行了比较和研究.单组分样品在相变处介电常数出现峰值,而通过热扩散形成的梯度铁电陶瓷能拓宽相变区域,在较宽的温度范围内获得较高的介电常数. Ferroelectric ceramics PZT with single component and functionally gradient ceramics PZT were prepared by conventional ceramic process. Dielectric property in these two systems were compared and studied. Functionally gradient ceramics PZT prepared by thermal diffusion possesses relatively large and stable dielectric constant within a large temperature range because of the wide phase transformation temperature range.
