在对上海浦东新区城市住宅统计数据GIS研究与分析基础上,结合对新区24个街道、镇城市住宅空间分布的实地调查,总结了上海浦东新区城市住宅沿江、中部、东部空间分布不同特点.并从经济因子、交通因子、生态因子、世博作用、政府作用等五个方面,对新区城市住宅空间现有格局形成机制进行了阐述.在此基础上,对新区城市住宅未来的建设与发展提出了具体建议.

Based on the GIS spatial analysis of the Pudong urban house data, and based on the investigation of the whole Pudong area, this article has summarized the five characteristics of Pudong urban house from the view of the spatial structure. And then it probes into what has caused the current spatial structure of Pudong urban house. It expounds there are five factors to cause the Pudong urban house spatial structure, economic factor, traffic factor, ecological factor, world ＇s fair and government factors.
