摘要
选用龙口褐煤、神府烟煤及晋城无烟煤分别在管式炉中进行程序升温,比较在氮气和天然气气氛下硫的析出规律.结果表明,在天然气气氛下硫的析出浓度明显增加,说明天然气对硫的析出有促进作用.硫的析出浓度在氮气气氛下550℃时达到最大值,而在天然气气氛下硫的析出浓度在700℃之前一直保持较大值.天然气促进硫析出的原因是碳氢组分与煤中的活性自由基作用,释放出活性甲基和氢,使其与硫反应的氢量增多,从而促进了硫的析出.
Pyrolysis of three kinds of coal: Longkou lignite, Shenfu bituminous coal and Jincheng anthracite is studied, The samples are heated in the pipe-oven with temperature increase rate of 20 ℃ / min, and the characteristics of sulfur release during coal pyrolysis under the atmosphere of natural gas and nitrogen are compared, The results show that the concentration of sulfur release in natural gas is obviously higher than in nitrogen, which indicate that hydrocarbon promoted the release of sulfur. The concentration of sulfur release in nitrogen has a peak value at 550℃, while the concentration of sulfur release in natural gas keep higher before 700℃, It is pointed out:The reason of methane promoting effect on sulfur release is that methane reacts with free radicals from coal, produces methyl and hydrogen free radicals,and increases the amount of hydrogen which reacts with sulfur free radical. Therefore, sulfur release is promoted.
