烧结温度对La_(0.7)Ca_(0.2)Sr_(0.1)MnO_3微结构和磁电阻性能的影响

摘要 研究烧结温度对La0.7Ca0.2Sr0.1MnO3陶瓷中层状微结构和磁电阻的影响。结果表明:从1 050℃开始,随着烧结温度的升高,层状结构更加完善,层的厚度也逐渐增大;但烧结温度增至1 450℃后,试样经过重结晶,其层厚减小,X射线衍射的结果表明其相结构已向具有更低对称性的结构转变。在相同的外加磁场下,1 450℃烧结试样的磁电阻率明显高于其它温度烧结试样的磁电阻率。实验证明La0.7Ca0.2Sr0.1MnO3材料在合适的烧结温度下可达到较高的磁电阻率。 Effects of sintering temperature on layered microstructure and magnetoresistance of La0.7Ca0.2Sr0.1MnO3 ceramic have been investigated. It is found that above 1 050℃ the increase of sintering temperature favors the formation of layered structure. The thickness of layer of specimens increases gradually with sintering temperature. However, the layer thickness for the specimen sintered at 1 450℃, above the recrystallized temperature of the sample, become small and XRD pattern shows that its lattice symmetry is lower than that for those specimens sintered at lower temperature. At the same time, higher magnetoresistance is achieved for the specimen sintered at 1450℃. All of these suggest that sintering temperature has dominant effects on the structure and behavior of La0.7Ca0.2Sr0.1MnO3 ceramic.
