大学生精神分裂症与抑郁症的人格特征分析

Personality analysis on schizophrenia and depressive patients in college students

目的探讨大学生精神分裂症患者与抑郁症患者的人格特点。方法对大学生精神分裂症患者(n=50)与抑郁症患者(n=50)进行MMPI测验,并与中国常模(n=1553)进行比较分析。结果精神分裂症组MMPI显示F、Hs、D、hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma量表高于中国常模(P<0·01);抑郁症组MMPI显示L、Hs、D、hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Si均高于常模(P<0·01)。结论大学生精神分裂症患者文化程度较高,精神病性症状不典型或以类神经症状表现为主;抑郁症患者的人格特征最突出表现为抑郁情绪,伴有易冲动、焦虑、妄想、幻觉等特征。

Objective To study the personality characteristics of schizophrenia and depressive patients in undergraduate students. Methods 50 schizophrenia and 50 depressive patients were tested by MMPI, and compared with that of the normal people. Results The scores of F, Hs, D, by, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc and Ma of the schizophrenia patients in undergraduate students were significantly higher than that of the normal people （P〈0. 01）. The scores of L, Hs, D, by, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc and Sof the depression in undergraduate students were significantly higher than that of the normal people（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The psychiatric undergraduate students＇ symptoms were not typical, or mainly, only show the symptom as neurosis. Depressive emotions were the most commom characteristics of the students suffering depressive disorder, along with impulsivity, anxiety, paranoia and hallucination.
