摘要 目的探讨茶多酚对染铅大鼠体内的铅含量的影响。方法将大鼠腹腔注射(15mgk/g)醋酸铅即成模型组,治疗组、空白组腹腔注射去离子水,测定大鼠不同时期的体质量、血铅及肝肾铅的含量。结果模型组体质量显著低于空白组(P<0.05);治疗组的血铅的含量与模型组比较(P>0.05),无统计学意义,体质量较模型组提前5d恢复到空白组水平;治疗组肝脏铅含量较模型组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论茶多酚对铅中毒大鼠体质量的恢复及去除肝脏铅的含量具有显著作用,但对去除血铅及肾脏铅的含量不明显。 Objective To study the effect of the tea polyphenol on in lead content lead poisoning rats. Methods The rat models were made by injecting lead (15 mg/kg) into the abdomin for the model group and the therapeutic group, the blank models rats were dealt with purified water. The rats' weight and lead quantity in blood, liver and kidney were measured. Results Compared with the blank model group, the weight in the model group was lowered significantly(P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, the lead quantity in the blood and urine in the therapeutic group was no remarkable difference(P〉0.05), and the weight was recovered to the level of blank model group in 5d ahead. Compared with the lead quantity in the positive control group, the therapeutic group was notably lowered(P〈0.01). Conclusions The tea polyphenol can remarkably resume the weight of the lead poisoning rats and lower the quantity of lead in liver, but it is not so effective to remove the lead from the blood and kidney.
