摘要
目的通过内关穴电针、注射复方丹参注射液及注射注射用水对心肌缺血再灌注大鼠心电图及心肌形态学的影响,探讨不同治法的治疗效应。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组,模型组,内关电针组,内关注药组、内关注水组、合谷电针组。采用大鼠冠状动脉左前降支根部穿线结扎建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。应用心电图和光学显微镜分别观察STⅡ的改变及心肌病理形态变化。结果结扎后20、40min及松扎后60min,各组STⅡ差值较假手术组均有不同程度的升高,依次为模型组、合谷电针组、内关注水组、内关电针组、内关注药组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论内关注药组、内关电针组和内关注水组均能不同程度降低实验性心肌缺血大鼠的STⅡ,改善心肌缺血程度,其效果为内关注药组>内关电针组>内关注水组。合谷电针组对降低STⅡ及受损心肌的改善无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the electro-acupuncturing, injecting compounded water in Neiguan therapeutic effect of different methods with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection and injecting Methods 60 rats were divided into fake operation, model, electr-acupuncturing in Neiguan, medicine injecting in Neiguan, water injecting in Neiguan and electro-acupuncturing in Hegu groups. The myocardial ischemia reperfusion lesion model was induced by ligating left anterior descending branch root of the coronary artery. And the changes of STⅡ in ECG and myocardial morphologic were observed with ECG and microscope. Results Compared with the fake operation group 20 min and 40 min after ligating and 60 min after untied ligating, the D-values of STⅡ in all other groups were increased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) in different degree, in order of following: model, electro-acupuncturing in Hegu, injecting water in Neiguan, electro-acupuncturing in Neiguan and injecting medicine in Neiguan groups. Conclusion The STⅡ in experimental myocardial ischemia can be decreased and the level of myocardial ischemia be improved with injecting medicine, electro-acupuncturing and injecting water in Neiguan, in which the effect is in orders of injecting medicine, electro-acupuncturing and injecting water. But electro-acupuncturing in Hegu is not effective to decrease STⅡ and improve the injured myocardium.
