摘要
总结４４例经病理证实的结节性红斑患者的临床资料。本病多见于中青年女性，主要临床表现有胫前红斑、结节（１００％）、发热（５４．５％）、关节痛（５０．０％）。发病与上呼吸道感染、结核病等多种因素有关；实验室检查显示有多种免疫指标异常。
Clinical data of 44 patients with erythema nodosum confirmed by histopathology are reported in this article.The patients were mostly young and middle aged women,Main symptoms were fever(54.5%),joint pain (50.0%)erythema and nodules in the front of tibia (100.0%). Etiology had correlated with upper respiratory tract infection (40.9%),tuberculosis (25.0%)and other multiple factors.Abnormal immunologic tests had been found in laboratory examinations.The associated diseases should be treated properly.
