摘要
借鉴生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节规律,针对电站锅炉汽包水位控制系统,提出一种基于免疫反馈机理的SMITH预估控制策略,内回路采用常规P控制器以快速消除给水流量扰动,外回路采用免疫PID控制器以保证汽包水位在给定值,并有效克服蒸汽流量的扰动.该控制策略结构和算法简单,易于工程实现.通过仿真试验证明该控制策略适应对象参数的变化,具有较强的鲁棒性、自适应性和抗干扰能力.
As to the water level control system of boiler drums in power plant, a SMITH prediction control strategy based on inunune feedback mechanism using the effect of inunune feedback regulating law for reference is presented in this paper. General P controller is used in the inner loop to eliminate the disturbance of water-feed quantity quickly. Immune PID controller is used in the outer loop to ensure the water level and overcome the disturbance of steam flux. The structure and algorithms of the strategy are very simple, which make it suitable for the realization of engineering. Simulation studies show that the control effect of this control strategy can adapt to the changing of object's parameters, and has strong robustness, self-adaptability and disturbance rejection ability.
