用两个DEA模型测算商业企业信息化贡献率算法研究

Estimating method research on the information contribution to the commercial enterprise＇s output growth by two DEA models

测算商业企业信息化贡献率的主要目的是从数量关系上认识信息化对商业企业产值增长带来的实际作用大小．在实践上有助于从总体上把握商业企业信息化的发展水平、发展潜力和趋势，理论上研究产业系统单因素的贡献率具有学术意义．提出了综合运用DEA法的C^2R和C^2GS^2两个模型，测算商业企业信息化贡献率的基本方法．该算法克服了现有DEA算法测算贡献率时无法考虑技术进步所作的贡献，导致测算结果偏大的问题，使测算结果更接近真实情况．

The main purpose for calculating the contributive rate of information in commercial enterprise is to recognize the real function of information to the increasing output from quantity relation. In practice, the calculation is good for knowing the commercial enterprise＇s information developing level, potentialities： and trend overall. In the development theory, the study on contributive rate of single factor about industry system also has scientific meaning. This paper proposes the basic method of estimating commercial enterprise＇s information contributive rate by a synthetic method of DEA, including two models C^2R and C^2GS^2. This method changes the disadvantage of DEA method in calculating contributive rate now that it can＇t take technology progress＇s contribution to commercial enterprise＇s output growth into consideration, the calculation result is bigger than the real one. So the new calculation result is closer to the real fact under the consideration of technology progress.
