交通部公路规划设计院受国家交通部的委托拟订公路桥涵新规范(JTG D--6602—2004)。它是部份科研成果之总结,也是可靠度为基础之论著。现将本人学习心得与体会归纳如下,谨供参考。

Recently, Ministry of Communication has ordered the Deign and Research institute in Beijing to renew the specification of highway bridges. This new code consists of results of highway bridge research and bases upon the results of theory of reliability. The followings are my personal opinions and collected here for reference only.
