摘要 针对焊接不均匀热过程及其引起的结构变形,利用热电偶、位移传感器和计算机数据采集技术,综合开发了一种多通道动态变形及热循环测量与处理系统。系统解决了数据采集过程中的干涉和屏蔽问题,采用Windows编程技术编写了采集与处理软件;解决了采用机械测量时数据单一、实时性差、精度低、难以获得准确数据的缺点,增强了系统的通用性。系统的开发为研究焊接过程的瞬态应力与变形行为提供了先进的测试手段。 A new multipoint measuring system of dynamic welding distortion and temperature is presented which is aimed at the non-uniform thermal cycling and panel deformations during welding process. The system adopts sensor technology, computer data acquisition technology and Windows programming methods, and can be used to collect and sort the parameters of welding thermal cycling and dynamic deformation. The instrument offers an advanced test method in studying welding dynamic processing, welding stress and deformation. The measuring results of the temperature cycle show that the tendency and value are coincident with simulating results of theoretic model.
