Discussion on the Improvement Modification of GW5 Disconnector

隔离开关是变电站只的重要设备之一,数量大且操作频繁。有些老型号的隔离开关由于设计、制造工艺、材质等原因,在多年的运行中缺陷率很高,如卡涩、阻滞、锈蚀等。经详细分析故障原因后,在荆门枣山变电所布置的GW5型隔离开关的检修中,进行了技术改造,检修后运行正常。

Disconnector is one of the most important equipments in a substat,on. It has largc population and high frequency of operation. Some old type disconnectors due to the drawback of design, manufacture,material and so on, have problem of high failure rate during operation, such as block, clog, corrosion. In this article,the causes were analyzed in connection with the modification of GW5 discon nector and the experience was summed up.
