Female's Care and Male's Responsibility in the Maternity Insurance

与其他社会保险相比,生育保险具有明显的性别特征。世界上很多国家(包括中国)所制定的生育保险制度体现的是对女性的关怀。然而从男女平等的角度出发,男性也应在生育行为中担负起应有的责任,这是时代发展赋予男性的义务,也是构建和谐社会的前提。

Compared with other social insurances, maternity insurance has evident sexual characteristics. Many laws or regulations related with maternity insurance in most of countries reflected the female＇ s care. According to the principle of sexual equality, men should take on the responsibility in caring child or other related things, which is his duty endowed with our age and the precondition of constructing harmonious society.
