摘要
通过对化隆县贫困山区沙连堡乡进行的科技扶贫效果调查总结,结果表明,向贫困农户推广良种良法,科技培训等,可以在短期内使贫困农户脱贫,同时,还应该尽快提高贫困农户的文化素质,目的在于提高‘造血’功能。
Programmed science and technique aid-the-poor were investigated and summarized in poverty mountain areas of Sha-lian-bu Hualong. The results showed poverty farmers might be eliminating and get rich in short time by extension high quality seed and good culture methods. At the same time, the civilization charcters of poverty farmers would be raised as soon as possible.The aim is to raise the ＇blood fonning＇ function.
