耐蚀镜面塑料模具钢4Cr13(1.2083)质量的分析 被引量:6

摘要 综合分析了国内普遍使用的成分(%)为0.37~0.57C、12.59~13.67Cr的5种国内外钢厂生产的电渣重熔4Cr13(DIN1.2083)高级耐蚀镜面塑料模具钢的冶金质量和抛光性能。测试结果表明,该钢经电渣重熔后具有较好的抛光性能,当试样的HRC硬度值的极差≤1.5时,钢具有较好的抛光性能;当钢中存在复相氮化钛夹杂时,显著影响该钢的抛光性能。 Metallurgical quality and mirror polishing performance of domestic wide used 5 kinds of ESR high quality corrosion-resisting mirror plastic die steel 4Cr13 ( DIN 1. 2083 ) - 0. 37 - 0.57C, 12. 59 - 13. 67Cr produced at home and abroad are analyzed comprehensively. Examination results indicated that the ESR steels have excellent mirror polishing performance, as the range of HRC hardness value of samples was ≤ 1.5, the steels have nice mirror polishing performance and as there were multi-phase titanium nitride inclusions in steel, they obviously influenced the mirror polishing performance of steel.
