摘要
测定了紫陀螺菌(Gomphus purpuraceus)子实体蛋白质的氨基酸含量及组成。结果表明,紫陀螺菌子实体中,蛋白质含量为26.14%,已测定的17种氨基酸总量为17.92%,其必需氨基酸(色氨酸未测)占氨基酸总量的43.97%。
The contents and composition of the amino acids in the fruitbody protein of Gomphus purpuraceus were analyzed. The results showed that on a dry weight basis, the crude protein (N 6.25) content of Gomphus purpuraceus fruitbodies was 26.14%, 17 amino acids content of Gomphus purpuraceus fruitbody protein was 17.92%, and the essential amino acids (Trp wasn’t measured) content of the total amino acids was 43.97%.
