伴多种肠外表现的克罗恩病报道及相关文献复习

摘要患者男,23岁.2004年起每日解黄色稀便1至2次,伴有右下腹痛,半年后渐出现腹胀,偶有右下腹包块,在排便及肛门排气后好转.2005年2月出现肛瘘.发病1年,双侧手指端及脚趾端渐起杵状肥大.体质量减轻约6 kg,7月份体质量43.5kg。
