宿州市交通警察血铅水平调查及其相关因素分析

Blood lead levels of traffic police in Suzhou city and the correlative factors

目的:调查安徽省宿州市交通警察血铅水平,探讨其影响因素。方法:对可能影响血铅(Y∧)的因素即外勤年限(X1)、血红蛋白(X2)、吸烟与否(X3)、血锌(X4)等进行了单因素相关和多因素逐步回归分析。结果:交通警察血铅和尿铅均数为119.79μg/L和6.99μg/L,与对照组(88.38μg/L和5.34μg/L)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001和P<0.01)。单因素分析表明血铅与外勤年限呈正相关(P<0.001),与血红蛋白呈负相关(P<0.001),多元逐步回归方程为:∧Y=132.95+0.93X1-0.86X2+7.37X3+14.30X4。结论:交通警察血铅有随外勤年限增加呈升高趋势,且使血红蛋白合成受到一定程度抑制。

Objective：To investigate the blood lead levels of traffic police in Suzhou city and the correlative factors. Methods：The blood lead levels of the traffic police in Suzhou and the correlative factors were studied. A mono-factor correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were carried out to analyze the possible factors affecting blood lead levels （Y^∧） , such as outdoor-on-duty years（ X1 ） ,hemoglobin（ X2 ）, smok.ing（ X3 ） and blood zinc（X4）. Results ：The average levels of blood lead and urine lead of the traffic police were 119.79 and 6.99 μg/L respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the controls（ 88.38 and 5.34 μg/L） （P 〈0.001 and P 〈 0.01 ）. In mono-factor correlation analysis, the blood lead levels showed a positive correlation with outdoor-on-duty years （ P 〈 0. 001 ） , and a negative correlation with concentrations of hemoglobin （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. In multiple stepwise regression analysis, the regression equation was established as Y^∧ = 132.95 ＋ 0. 93X1 -0.86X2 ＋ 7.37X3 ＋ 14.30X4. Conclusions： It suggests that the blood lead levels rise with the increase of outdoor-on-duty years, and the synthesis of hemoglobin is inhibited to a certain extent.
