摘要
目的探讨血清对氧磷酶-1(PON-1)活性与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。方法212例按冠状动脉造影结果分为冠状动脉狭窄(CHD+)组(151例)和冠状动脉正常(CHD-)组(61例),并根据冠状动脉病变程度将CHD+组分为单支病变组(34例),双支病变组(46例),三支病变组(71例)。分光光度法测定血清PON-1活性;分析PON-1活性与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。结果冠心病组血清PON-1活性明显低于对照组(t=17.25,P<0.0001);血清PON-1活性单支病变组明显高于双支、三支病变组(F=9.536,P<0.05);而双支和三支病变组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.13)。结论冠心病患者血清PON-1活性水平明显降低,随着病变程度加重,血清PON-1活性水平降低。
Objective To explore the relationship of activity of paraoxonase-1(PON- 1) in coronary artery disease and the number of stenosed coronary artery lesions vessels in coronary artery disease (CAD) patients. Methods 212 subjects were investigated in this study , including 61 healthy subjects,151 cases who were confirmed as CAD by coronary angiography, including stable angina, old myocardial infarction, unstable angina. CAD cases were divided into single vessel (n = 34), double vessel (n=46) and triple vessel (n= 71) group. The activity of PON- 1 were determined by spectro photometry. Results The activity of PON- 1 were lower in CAD group than those in non- CAD group(t = 17.25, P〈0. 001). The relationship between the activity of PON- 1 and involved branch numbers of coronary arteries had statistically relationship (F = 9. 356, P〈0.05). The activity of PON- 1 were higher in single branch group than those in double and three branch group (P〈0. 05). But there is no significant difference between two branch group and three branch group(P = 0.13). Conclusion The study shows that the activity of PON - 1 is lower in CAD group than that in non- CAD group. The relationship between activity of PON- 1 and severity of the coronary artery atherosclerosis lesions has negative correlation.
