丁酸对人牙周膜细胞增殖的影响

摘要 目的:探讨丁酸对人牙周膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:用含不同浓度丁酸(0mol/L,2mol/L,4mol/L,8mol/L)的培养液培养人牙周膜细胞,通过MTT法测定其增殖。结果:人牙周膜细胞进入指数生长期后,丁酸以剂量依赖的方式抑制人牙周膜细胞的增殖。结论:丁酸可能通过抑制人牙周膜细胞的增殖,进而影响牙周膜的改建和更新,促进牙周袋形成和牙周组织破坏。 Aim: To explore the effect of butyrate on the growth of cuhured human periodontal ligament cells ( HPDLC). Methods:The growth velocity of cultured HPDLC in butyrate incubation solution with different concentrations (0 mol/L, 2 mol/L,4 mol/L, and 8 mol/L ) was determi.ed by MTT. Results: Butyrate inhibited the growth of HPDLC in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion : It is suggested that butyrate released by pathogeme microorganisms contributes to the gingival tissue dysfunction and breakdown through inhibinng the growth of HPDLC.
