狼疮性肾炎肾组织中环氧合酶-2的表达

Expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in renal tissue of patients with lupus nephritis

目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)与狼疮性肾炎(LN)的关系。方法:肾脏穿刺获得LN肾组织标本25例,其中LNⅡ6例,LNⅢa7例,LNⅣa12例;以肾脏肿瘤摘除后远离肿瘤的正常肾组织6例作对照。应用免疫组化PV法检测2组肾组织中COX-2的表达。结果:正常肾组织中COX-2主要表达于致密斑、髓质间质细胞、肾血管的内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞;LN组织中,除上述部位外,肾小球的系膜区、足突细胞、肾小管间质组织中亦有COX-2的表达。LN肾组织中的COX-2蛋白表达较正常肾组织明显升高(P<0.01),且随着LN肾组织病理损害程度的加重,COX-2的表达增加(P<0.01)。结论:COX-2可能参与LN的发生、发展。

Aim ： To observe the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in renal tissue of patients with lupus nephritis （ LN）. Methods： A total of 25 LN patients,including 6 cases of LN Ⅱ , 7 cases of LN Ⅲ a and 12 cases of LNⅣ a were subjected to detect the expression of COX-2 in renal tissue using immunohistochemical technique with the PV staining. Six healthy renal samples were the control. Results： COX-2 mainly expressed in the macul＇a densa,the medullary interstitial cells, endothelial cells of arterioles and veins, and smooth musle cells in normal renal tissue;while COX-2 expression was found in mesangial cells,podocytes and tubule interstitial cells except above parts in LN renal tissue. Compared with control group, the expression of COX-2 in renal tissue of LN group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and increased with the degree of pathological injury （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： COX-2 might be involved in the occurence and development of lupus nephritis.
