子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2、VEGF和MVD测定 被引量:7

摘要 目的:检测子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2、VEGF的表达及MVD,并分析其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测45例子宫内膜癌组织和9例正常子宫内膜组织中COX-2、VEGF和MVD的表达。结果:与正常子宫内膜组织比较,子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2(1/9vs28/45)、VEGF(1/9vs23/45)和CD34(2/9vs40/45)阳性表达率均增高(P均<0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2与VEGF表达呈正相关(rs=0.585,P<0.01),且COX-2和VEGF均阳性表达的子宫内膜癌组织MVD(64.0±25.4)高于2者均阴性者(30.7±11.5)(P<0.01)。结论:子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2呈高表达,并通过增加VEGF表达而促进肿瘤血管形成。 Aim : To investigate the expression of COX-2 and VEGF and angiogenesis in uterine endometrial carcinoma tissue. Methods:The expressions of COX-2,VEGF, and MVD of 45 cases of uterine endometrial carcinoma and 9 cases of control tissue were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Compared with normal control, positive expression rates of COX-2 ( 1/9 vs 28/45) , VEGF ( 1/9 vs 23/45) , and CD34 (2/9 vs 40/45) of uterine endometrial carcinoma tissue increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with VEGF ( r = 0. 585, P 〈 0.01 ). MVD in both COX-2 and VEGF positive expressed tissue (64.0 ± 25.4) was higher than that in both negative expressed tissue ( 30.7 ± 11.5 ) ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : COX-2 is overexpressed in uterine endometrial carcinoma tissue, which may stimulate angiogenesis through VEGF upregulation.
