哮喘患儿血清IL-13、IgE及鳞状细胞癌抗原水平测定 被引量:3

Determination of serum IL-13, IgE and squamous cell carcinoma antigen in children with asthma

摘要 目的:探讨哮喘患儿血清IL-13、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SccAg)及IgE水平变化及意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测58例哮喘患儿(发作26例,缓解32例;轻度发作16例,中、重度发作10例)、33例正常对照及40例肺炎患儿血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平。结果:哮喘组血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平均高于对照组(P<0.001)。哮喘发作组血清IL-13、SccAg水平均高于缓解组及对照组(P<0.001),但缓解组及对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。哮喘发作组血清IgE水平高于缓解组,2组均高于对照组(P<0.001)。哮喘患儿发作期血清IL-13与SccAg、IgE水平呈正相关(r=0.958,r=0.955,P均<0.01)。中、重度组血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平均高于轻度组(P<0.05或0.01)。肺炎组血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IL-13、SccAg在哮喘发病中起一定作用,检测血清IL-13、IgE及SccAg水平对病情发展及转归的监测具有重要意义。 Aim.. To explore variances and significances of serum IL-13, squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SccAg), and IgE in children with asthma. Methods:Using ELISA, serum IL-13, SccAg, and IgE were measured in 58 cases of asthma (26 cases at acute phase, 32 cases at remission phase; 16 cases of mild attack, 10 cases of medium and serious attack) , 33 cases of normal control, and 40 cases of pneumonia. Results: The serum IL-13, SccAg, and IgE concentrations in asthma group were significantly higher than those of normal control group (P 〈 0. 001 ). The serum IL-13 and SccAg concentrations were significantly higher in the acute phase of asthma group than those in remission phase of asthma group ( P 〈 0. 001 ), whereas the meaning in statistics between the remission group and control group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). The serum IgE concentration were significantly higher in acute phase group than that in remission group, furthermore, they were significantly higher than that in normal of control group (P 〈 0. 001 ). The serum IL-13 concentration was positively related to serum SccAg and IgE concentration in the acute phase of asthma (r = 0. 958,r = 0. 955,P 〈 0.01 ). The serum IL-13, SccAg, and IgE concentrations in medium, serious asthma group were significantly higher than those in mild asthma group (P 〈0.05 or 0.01). The serum IL-13, SccAg, and IgE concentrations in pneumonia group were not significantly different from those of normal control (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: IL-13 and SccAg may play some role in the pathogenesis of asthma. Determinating the serum IL-13, IgE, and SccAg is useful for monitoring the development and remission of asthma.
