On Molding the Innovative Character of the Students in Vocational and Technical College

高职院校必须培养出具有创新能力的人才,才能在众多高校的竞争中避免被淘汰的厄运,才能越办越好。然而,在职业教育体系中,塑造学生的创新人格面临着一些问题,需要我们采取相应的教育措施。

Persons with innovative abilities are imperative in modem society. In order to accommodate society and meet competition, higher vocational colleges have to bring up persons with innovative ability and then they can avoid being washed out and become better and better. However, in the vocational education system ,there are lots of problems which figure students innovating personality. So appropriate educational measures should be taken.
