Practicing and Considering on the Fiscal Single Account Aystem

国库集中支付制度改革是公共财政改革的重要组成部分。两年多来,漯河市对推行此项改革进行了有益的探索和实践,取得了一些成功经验,但还需要进一步完善。

The reformation of treasury single account system is an important part of the public finance reforms. Luohe city of Henan province, has carried on the beneficial exploration and practices for two years. The author briefly describled the successful experience of the reform, and offered some personal views.
