努力构筑全员育人格局,是全面贯彻中央关于全面加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作所必须,是直接关系民办高职学院培养什么人和如何培养人的大问题。构筑高职学院全员育人格局,必须从本院的实际出发,坚持以育人为中心,以德为先,在全员育人、全程育人及全方位育人的机制上下功夫,把落脚点牢牢放在全面提高毕业生质量这一根本点上。

Making great efforts to construct the all-round education structure is to carry out central government＇s proposal ＂all-round strengthening and improvement of university students＇ ideology＂ completely and it concerns what kinds of people higher vocational college cultivates and how to cultivate. I think constructing the all-round education structure in higher voc.ational college must pr^eed from the reality, stick to centering on education, put moral first, work hard at constructing the system of all-round education, all-process education, all-sides education and emphasize on improving the quality of graduate firmly.
