In recent years, the journal of the senior polytechnic is becoming an important magazine of the science and technology periodicals in our country. It is not only the scholarly research and exchange window of the various universities , but also the plateau for the general teachers and the scientific research workers to reveal the scientific research achievement, and technical innovation. To construct the quality safeguard system of the journal is an imminent task. The scholarism quality, edit quality, each kind of standard realization and the column planning are the core and key of the journal quality safeguard system.
