正常妊娠及妊娠期高血压疾病的晚期胎盘组织中肝素结合性表皮生长因子免疫组化分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究肝素结合性表皮生长因子(HB-EGF)在正常妊娠及妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘中的表达,并探讨HB-EGF在妊娠期高血压疾病病因中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素—过氧化物酶(SP)连接法检测正常妊娠期妇女及各种程度妊娠期高血压疾病患者妊娠晚期胎盘组织中HB-EGF的表达。结果:正常妊娠组与妊娠期高血压疾病组胎盘组织内均有HB-EGF表达,妊娠期高血压疾病组胎盘组织HB-EGF表达明显减弱(t=3.096,P=0.003,P<0.01),重度妊娠期高血压疾病组HB-EGF表达显著减弱(t=3.691,P=0.0006,P<0.01)。结论:胎盘产生的HB-EGF在正常妊娠及妊娠期高血压疾病妊娠晚期胎盘的表达有明显差异,妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘组织内HB-EGF表达水平显著低于正常妊娠,HB-EGF在妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及病理生理过程中有重要的作用,胎盘组织内HB-EGF的减少有可能是发生妊娠期高血压疾病的原因之一。 Objective: To study the expression of heparin - binding epidermal growth factor (HB - EGF) during hypertensive disorder complicated with pregnancy and normal pregnancy and discuss HB - EGF's effect in the pathogeny of hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy. Methods: The placental expressions of HB - EGF in different degrees of hypertensive disorder complicated with pregancies and normal pregnancy were analyzed by immunohistochemistry . Results: Both groups showed HB -EGF positive pigmentation in the placenta. Placental expression of HB - EGF in hypertensive disorder complicated with pregnancy was weaker than that in normal pregnancy group (t = 3. 096, P =0. 003, P 〈 0. 01), severe hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy group was the weakest one (t = 3. 691, P = 0. 0006, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: Placental expression of HB - EGF during the third trimester of pregnancy is remarkably different between hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy and normal pregnancy groups. Placenta from hypertensive disorder complicated with pregnancies express much less HB - EGF than that from normal pregnancies, HB- EGF might play an important role in pathogeny and pathophysiology of hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy. The decreased HB - EGF in placenta may be one of the causes of hypertensive disorder complicated with pregnancy.
