摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析97例腹腔镜下全子宫切除术临床资料。结果:所有病例全部在腹腔镜下完成手术,无中转开腹,无手术并发症发生。手术时间为(93.2±30.3)min,术中失血量(118±40)ml,术后平均住院时间6.7d。结论:腹腔镜下全子宫切除术安全、可行,但必须掌握熟练的镜下缝合技术。
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods： A retrospective analysis was carried out on the clinical data of 97 cases accepted laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Results： All operations were performed successfully under laparoscopy. No operative complication happened in any case. The operating time was （93. 2 ± 30. 3） min, blood loss in operation was （ 118±40） ml, the average hospitalization time was 6. 7 days. Conclusion： Laparoscopic total hysterectomy is safe and feasible, but operators must be proficient at the suturing techniques under laparoscopy.
