摘要 目的观察微波区域性热疗联合介入化疗治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法应用国产UHR-2000型微波热疗机进行深部热疗同时联合介入化疗治疗肝癌22例。对照组采用单纯介入化疗(部分病例结合栓塞治疗)26例。结果治疗组有效率(CR+PR)为13/22(64.4%),对照组的有效率(CR+PR)为46.3%,(P<0.05)。结论微波区域性热疗联合介入化疗治疗能显著提高晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效。 Objective To evaluate Microwave hyperthermia combined with arterial interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 22 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with chemotherapeutic perfusion or chemoembolization combining microwave hyperthermia with UHR -2000 equipment. 26cases of hepatoeellular carcinoma were treated with artery interventional chemotherapy alone ( some of which were treated with chemoembolization) . Results After combination therapy , the CR adds the PR was 64.4% (13/22). In the group of interventional chemotherapy alone, the CR adds the PR was 46. 3% ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Microwave hyperthermia combined with artery interventional chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
