Now,an important problem in mushroom production is independence with the large-scale culture. DCS （ Distributed Control System ） is a control method in industry. A system of temperature control of mushroom culture was introduced based on JX-300X in this paper. And the principles of its operation, design of hardware and of software were also discussed. The method was highly valuable for the mushroom production under the condition of temperature control.
