摘要
以2个大豆品种华春18和浙春3号为材料,设置不同的铝浓度进行土培,研究铝胁迫对大豆5叶期和初荚期光合作用特性的影响。结果表明:在不同浓度的铝处理下,大豆叶片的光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度下降;有效光辐射和气孔阻力增加;随着铝浓度的升高,铝对大豆光合作用的抑制作用逐渐增加;2个品种相比较,浙春3号比华春18耐铝性强。
The effect of aluminum(Al ) stress on the photosynthetic characteristics of two pot-grown soybean varieties( Huachun 18 and Zhechun No.3 ) in five-leaf period and podding period was studied. The results showed that under AI stress, the photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of soybean leaf were decreased, but the active photosynthesis radiation and stomatal resistance of soybean leaf were increased, The restriction of AI on photosynthesis of soybean was enhanced with the increase of AI, In two soybean varieties,Zhechun No,3 had higher resistance to AI than Huachun 18.
