Regulation of(n-3) Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid to Inflammation and Cytokine Production
摘要
综述了n-3多不饱和脂肪酸对动物炎症、感染和细胞因子的作用效果。
The production of pro-inflammatory cytokine,such as interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor,is critical in the response to infection. However, overproduction of the cytokines might be harmful. It was suggested that n-3 fatty acid suppressed inflammation and improved the course of infection through the decreasing of the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
