以沈阳市石佛寺灌区为例,介绍了灌区内农民用水者协会的发展现状及取得的成效,分析了协会存在的主要问题,提出了进一步实行用水户参与灌溉管理的对策。

The current situation of the water management of the participation of the association of farmer using water was introduced based on the experince from the Stone Buddhist Temple Area. The problem existed in the management system was analyzed. And also, the countermeasure was put forward.
