Discussion on the Problem in Luoyang Peony Industrialization and its Countermeasure

对洛阳牡丹产业化进程中存在的若干问题进行了分析,认为科研基础薄弱、产品科技含量低、创新能力缺乏是制约牡丹产业发展的核心问题,并提出了相应的对策。

In Luoyang peony industrlalization,the weakness of scientific research basis, low scientific and technology contents and the lack of innovation ability were taken as major factors that retarded the industrialization development. The industrial policy should be adjusted timely as well as innovation environment creation,and the work division should be more specially to reduce company＇s burden. The combination of production, university and institution should be strengthened and local college should be involved into the great background of peony industry. As a result the industrialization development could be incited by exertion of intelligence and labor predominance.
