摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定康脑心口服液中葛根素的含量。方法:色谱柱为Techsphese C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(14:85:1);检测波长254 nm;柱温25℃;流速为0.8 ml·min^(-1)。结果:葛根素在10.05- 200.92μg·ml^(-1)。范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为99.73%,RSD为1.57%。结论:本法简便、快捷,结果准确。
Objective: To establish a method for determination the content of puerarin in Kangnaoxin oral liquid. Method. Techsphese C18 column (150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used, acetonitrile- water -acetic acid (14:85:1 ) as mobile phase;the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1;the detection wavelength was 254 nm and column temperature was at 25 ℃. Result: The calibration curve was linear within a range of 10.05-200. 92μg·ml^-1 (r =0.999 9), and the average recovery was 99.73%, RSD = 1.57% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is good in the aspect of separable effect, reproducibility and sensitivity.
