北京地区30所医院临床药师工作情况调查

Research on Current Work Situation of Clinical Pharmacist in 30 Hospitals in Beijing

目的:了解北京地区临床药师近年开展药学服务的情况。方法:问卷调查医院临床药师工作的内容、效果及存在问题并分析评价。结果:调查30所医院均开展了临床药学服务,分别设有1～5名专职或兼职临床药师,开展较普遍的项目为治疗药物监测、药品不良反应监测及药学信息服务,而深入临床面向患者直接提供服务者不足50％,工作仍欠缺。医护人员、患者对临床药师工作认可或接受者达89．36％。结论:国内临床药学服务与药学服务工作亟待政府相关部门的重视与扶持以及临床药师的自身努力,要强调临床药师工作重心应直接面向病人提供药学技术服务。

Objective： To know the situation of pharmaceutical care carried out by clinical pharmacist in recent year in Beijing. Method： The contents, effects and present problems in the work of clinical pharmacists were surveyed, analyzed and assessed through questionnaires. Result： The clinical pharmaceutical care was carried out in all the 30 hospitals. 1-5 full-time or part-time clinical pharmacists were arranged respectively. Therapeutic drug monitoring, adverse drug reaction surveillance and pharmaceutical information service were generally developed. There was any deficiency in work on participating into clinical practices and offering service directly to patients. 89.36% of doctors, nurses and patients were approvable to the work of clinical pharmacists. Conclusion： The pharmaceutical care urgently needs attention and support of relative official departments, as well as the efforts of clinical pharmacists themselves. Emphasis should be given to the work of offering pharmaceutical service directly to patients.
