胡锦涛同志提出的“八荣八耻”为内涵的社会主义荣辱观,既是对科学发展观在人与社会全面发展问题上的新阐发,又是对社会主义和谐社会美好图景的新注解。同时也为社会主义和谐社会建设进行了规范、价值和动力等要素的构建。

The general secretary of CPC, Hu Jintao put forward the soclallst concept of honour and disgrace- ＂Eight Dos and Don＇ts＂ which is not only the new illustration of pursuing a scientific strategy of development conceming the overall development of society and human beings, but also is a new explanation to the magnificent prospects of socialist harmonious society.
