According to related items in IMF and WTO, It is beyond all doubt for the Chinese govemment to determine legitimacy of the RMB exchange rate policy. Therefore visible legal deficiency exists in these accusations that the Chinese government manipulates the exchange rate and that the RMB exchange rate policy infringes Anti - subsidy Agreement of WTO.
