摘要
本试验采用茄子、番茄异属间嫁接,研究嫁接体生长发育、抗病增产效果及嫁接对果实品质的影响。结果表明:茄子/番茄二者共生亲和性较好,嫁接成活率较高,不同品种的番茄砧木对茄子的生长发育有不同的影响,但总的来说,嫁接改善了植株的生长势,黄萎病同期发病率、病情指数均低于对照且增产效果明显,嫁接后对果实的品质也没有不良的影响。总体来说,采用茄子、番茄异属间嫁接栽培具有可行性,嫁接栽培可望成为茄果类蔬菜克服连作障碍抗病增产的一项有效措施。
In the test, xenoplastic grafting between eggplants and tomatoes are used to study effects of growth and development of the subject, disease resistance and yield increase and grafting on qualities of the fruit. The findings show that the symbiosis compatibility between eggplants and tomatoes is good and the survival rate is high. Different varieties of tomatoes have different effects on growth and development of eggplants, and however grafting improves growth potential of plants and according to the comparison reduces sickness rate of verticillium wilt in corresponding period and disease index. In addition, grafting has obvious yield increase effects without ill effect on fruit qualities. In a word, the drafting is feasible and can be an effective measure to overcome continuous cropping obstacles, disease resistance and yield increase of vegetables like fruits and eggplants.
